Purchase Application is $250.00 per person or per married couple and a background check fee of $25.00 for each person. Payment can be made by check or money order and must be made payable to Riverwalk HOA. Processing time is up to 30 days. Owners must own the unit for a minimum of 1 year before leasing. No more than 115 units can be leased out at any given time. Riverwalk HOA does not have a minimum credit score at this time. If you are purchasing homeowners insurance for your unit you will need an HO3 Policy.
