Riverwalk Homeowners' Association HOA dues are $790.00 per Quarter (starting 2024); due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. HOA dues are considered late if received after the 30th of the month due and a $35.00 late fee is added. Interest will also be added monthly at a rate of 18% APR on all outstanding HOA balances.

You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments online. Please go to the portal website https://harborfla.cincwebaxis.com/ to register. To complete the registration, you will be sent an email. Look in your spam folder if you don’t see it in your Inbox. Once you are on the website, to make a payment, go to the Pay Assessment tab at the top of the page. Payments via the portal incur a fee of $1.99 for eCheck and 3.25% for credit card payment.
Pay by check or online bill-pay service: Pay by check payable to Riverwalk HOA, Inc. In the memo section of your check put your account number (for example 6285-1)

ACH authorization form, should you choose to have us set up auto-debit from your bank account to pay the quarterly Association dues. If so, please complete and return the attached form, along with a voided check, at your earliest convenience. You may scan and email it to accounting@harborfla.com. Setting up your ACH this way will avoid any portal fees. If you were set up with this payment method previously it will be cancelled, and you will need to resubmit.
