All buildings will be painted every 8 years as passed by the Riverwalk membership in October 2020.

Any existing, operable, non-approved light fixture capable of at least 100 watts of illumination need not be replaced now, but any future fixture replacement you must email a photo to office@riverwalkhoa.biz for approval. Fines may apply if the fixture was not approved. 

 


The dues pay for the cost of landscaping, pool maintenance, management, and savings for major recurring projects such as painting (currently every building receives fresh paint every 8 years on a scheduled basis) and roofing (minus the cost of wood (plywood, fascia, structural lumber) replacement which is the unit owner's financial responsibility) as two examples.

Riverwalk's Governing Documents are available complimentary via our website. If you prefer a hard copy you may request to receive a copy from the office for $75.00. These will have all that you need to know about home ownership in Riverwalk. 


Make sure your dues are current and that your unit is in good condition. (Article 7.3 in the Covenants) 


The Board Meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Pool 2 next to the Association office located at 6285 Riverwalk Lane. The Board Meeting Notice/Agenda is emailed out 48 hours in advance to all unit owners and posted on the bulletin board next to the office door as well as on the cork boards at all 3 pools. At the Board Meetings, the agenda items are discussed, and members who attend the Board Meetings will have an opportunity to comment or ask questions concerning the items that are on the agenda being discussed.

YES, absolutely, everyone in the community is responsible for picking up after their dog.  By picking up after your dog, you are helping keep Riverwalk Homeowners Association, Inc. a clean and happy place to live.


It shall be unlawful for any dog to be off the owner's property (which property is exclusive to the owner and does not include common areas) unless the dog is under the restraint or control of a person by means of a chain, leash or other device or is sufficiently near its handler to be under his direct control and is obedient to that handler's commands or is caged/crated. It shall be unlawful for an owner to tie, chain, tether or confine by electronic/radio device a dog on the owner's property within five (5) feet of public property, public access, easements, common grounds, or the property of another without the consent of the owner of such property.  Unsterilized cats must be confined to the owner's property. Unsterilized cats off the owner's property must be restrained or confined humanely to prevent them from running at large and to protect them from injury and disease. 


This key can be purchased at the office for $75.00. The office can only accept checks or money orders made out to Riverwalk HOA.


You will need an HO3 Policy. An HO-3 policy covers your home and any outside structures if they sustain damage due to disasters.
